Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration form, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information in this booklet carefully before completing the form.

PAYMENT OF FEES
All registration fees are to be paid in Australian dollars. Accommodation is to be paid directly to the hotel/s. Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or direct deposit (please ensure remittance advice is emailed to anzspm@willorganise.com.au). Visa or MasterCard payments will attract a 2.0% surcharge. Cheques are to be made payable to ANZSPM Conference.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations received:

  • Before 31 July 2012 will incur a A$110 cancellation fee
  • Before 24 August 2012 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of 50% of fees paid
  • After 24 August 2012 there will be no refund.

INSURANCE
The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance

Accommodation offered is at the following hotels. All rooms can be single, twin or double occupancy.

Rydges Lakeland Resort, Queenstown (Conference Venue)
Deluxe Lake Room: $180NZD per room per night

Crowne Plaza, Queenstown (Located a 5-7 minute walk from the Conference Venue)
Lake View King Room: $180NZD per room per night
Balcony Lake View Room: $175NZD per room per night

DEPOSIT
Hotel accommodation bookings must be booked using a credit card as guarantee. Your credit card number will be passed on to the hotel and the hotel holds your credit card as a guarantee only and by providing the card number, you are also providing authorisation for the hotel to charge this card if you fail to arrive at the hotel on the date indicated. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out (or fail to arrive) and approve the account. Changes are allowed and cancellations without charge up until 48 hours from the conference.

HOW TO BOOK
Please complete the accommodation section of the registration form. The Secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of reservation. Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

Tours and Suggested Activities

There are a number of activities to do and adventures to be had whilst in Queenstown. We have put together some suggestions of things to do in the area such as Rafting and Bungy Jumping for the adventurous delegate or farm excursions and guided walking for the active delegate.
