All fees are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants, however you must send through a completed registration form before the tax invoice can be issued.

Cheques should be made payable to APEG Conference.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations received
Before 9th June 2010 will incur a A$125.00 cancellation fee
Before 19th July 2010 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
After 19th July 2010 there will be no refund

Insurance
The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

ACCOMMODATION

Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration form, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this website carefully before completing the form. Registration and accommodation will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

The Conference is being held at the Intercontinental Adelaide (formally Hyatt Regency), situated in one of the city's finest locations, on the picturesque River Torrens. The venue is located close to shops, River Torrens, Art Gallery, Museum, the Universities as well as the State Library.

Larger rooms and villas are also available at the resort. Please contact the Secretariat for further details and to check availability.

BreakFree on Hindley Hotel is located close to the Central Business District of Adelaide and a range of local transport options. For leisure travellers with the time to explore the many delights on offer in Adelaide; which is known locally as the city of churches, take advantage of the 'City Free Bus' that stops directly outside the Hotel. Alternatively many local attractions can be reached on foot including the colourful arts district, Adelaide Convention Centre, Casino and popular shopping destination of Rundle Mall.

Deposit
On night's deposit or credit card guarantee must be paid to secure your booking. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

How to book
Please complete the accommodation section in the online registration form. Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

Check In and Check Out
Check in time is from 1400 hours. Check out time is up to 1100 hours. Please let the secretariat know if you will arrive at the hotel after 1800 hours, failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.

Changes and Cancellations
Within 30 days, if you cancel any room night of your stay, you will be charged in full for the room nights cancelled. This applies if you reduce your booking by one night or cancel in entirety.

The conference secretariat will make every effort to resell your room night/s but cannot guarantee it. If the night/s cannot be re-sold, you will be responsible for all costs charged from the hotel.

This is a hotel policy and not a conference secretariat policy.

TOURS

One of the options below is included in your registration fee. Please indicate when you register your choice of tour. For partners travelling with you, additional tickets can be purchased.

BUSHWALKING

Starting at Waterfall Gully, this hike offers stunning views and the chance to see native wildlife in their natural habitat. Once reaching the summit, the highest point in the southern Mount Lofty Ranges, you will enjoy panoramic views over Adelaide, the coastline and Piccadilly Valley.
Walk is graded 'hard' with some steep sections and is approximately 3.5km. The walk will take approx 1.5 hours.

PENFOLDS MAGILL ESTATE & HAIGHS CHOCOLATE FACTORY

Visit to the Penfolds Magill Estate Winery and taste some of the best South Australian wines and then onto the Haighs Chocolate Factory where you can try some sweets and do some relaxed shopping.

ADELAIDE ZOO PANDA TOUR

Spend some time behind the scenes with Wang Wang and Funi the only 2 Pandas in Australia.
