The ADA NSW Convention won the NSW award for ‘Meeting of the Year – Under 500 delegates’. It certainly deserved this recognition.

With only 150 – 200 delegates expected to attend the meeting, Will Organise worked closely with a very enthusiastic committee to plan and implement a marketing campaign that promoted all the conference had to offer.

Trade booths, which were thought at first to be a small part of the conference sold out 6 months before the event and a waitlist was established.

The conference was a 4 tier program, and also included a spouses program, tours, social events, reunion dinners, workshops in the trade area and a sports day.

Will Organise have now been appointed conference managers of the 2006 conference to be held in Wollongong.
