King/Twin/Deluxe Double

Two bedrooms, each with spa bath, include two kings, or one king and two single beds. Includes daily Continental breakfast and evening wine buffet in exclusive Ambassador Lounge, plus entry to The Spa.
Children - Hyatt Regency Coolum
When sharing a room with paying adults and using existing bedding, children under 16 years of age stay free of charge. Any additional bedding will be subject to charges.

The Hyatt Regency Coolum has its own onsite Group Transport Department who can coordinate your transfer requirements for the duration of your stay.

Any cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged 100% cancellation fees.
Element On Coolum

Element on Coolum Beach is located just off the main street of Coolum Beach, an 8 minute drive from the conference venue. From this accommodation, you have easy access to Coolum Beach and Coolum Village with its cafes and boutiques. The hotel features beautiful landscaping with cascading water features, reflective pools, a heated outdoor pool with sun lounge area and BBQ facilities. These apartments are fully self contained with laundry facilities, as well as cable television and room service available.
Cancellations - Element on Coolum
Any cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Any cancellations outside the 30 days of the arrival date, a $100 administration fee may be charged and the balance will be refunded.

Deposit
Hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a first night's deposit, or credit card guarantee in order to secure your reservation. Your deposit (or credit card number) will be passed on to the hotel and you must settle the balance of your account on check out. The hotel holds your credit card as a guarantee only and by providing the card number, you are also providing authorisation for the hotel to charge this card if you fail to arrive at the hotel on the date indicated. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out (or fail to arrive), and approve the account.
How to Book
Please complete the accommodation section of the registration form. The secretariat will then book your room and send confirmation of reservation. Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.
Checkin and checkout
Hotel checkin time is 1400 hours. If you are to arrive before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival, you will need pre-register and pay for your room for the night before. If required please indicate on your registration form. Hotel checkout time is 1100 hours. Many hotels do offer late checkouts when asked. If you require a late checkout please indicate on your registration form. Please note however this is subject to availability of the Hotel. Please indicate on your registration form or notify the secretariat in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours. Failure to do so may result in your room being released.
